Amy Dickie

Amy Dickie has engaged most recently with CCIF in helping develop a business plan for a new conservation fund for the critically endangered Pacific Leatherback Sea Turtle. Amy is a full time associate with San Francisco based California Environmental Associates (CEA). Amy brings six years of experience with double-bottom line investing and sustainable business to the CCIF team, and appreciates CCIF’s approach of combining a deep understanding of conservation issues with skill and experience in business and finance.

Previously, Amy helped to build Investors’ Circle, a national network of angel and institutional venture investors using private capital to promote the transition to a sustainable economy by investing in early-stage companies that have a social and/or environmental mission. Amy has also worked with several mission-driven start-up companies and at the Bay Area Equity Fund, which invests in companies that can deliver market-rate venture capital returns while enabling social, environmental and economic improvement in the San Francisco Bay Area's low and moderate income neighborhoods.

Amy has a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where she served as co-chair for the Global Social Venture Competition and was a co-founder of the Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative.
