Taylor Rock

 

Taylor Rock has worked as a consultant with CCIF on the development of the MPA Financial Management Tool, and continues to work with CCIF as a contractor based in Honolulu, Hawai'i.


Taylor works in the field of sustainable community development and conservation with a growing skill set in program design, evaluation and implementation, sustainable finance, and strategic organization. He has worked with a range of community-based organizations, non-profits and government agencies including the State of Hawai'i Community-Based Economic Development Program and Kokua Kalihi Valley Ho'oulu 'Aina Nature Preserve.

 

Taylor holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawai'i with a focus on community and environmental planning, and a BA in Coastal and Marine Policy from the University of Rhode Island. In his free time Taylor enjoys volunteering at local work-days, growing and cooking food, biking, hiking, and surfing.
