| Mitch Tobin Mitch Tobin supports work in program evaluation and biodiversity conservation. Prior to joining CCIF, Mr. Tobin was a newspaper reporter at the Napa Valley Register, Tucson Citizen and Arizona Daily Star, where he covered water, environmental and border issues for five years. Before he became a journalist, Mr. Tobin worked as a researcher and policy analyst for economist James Tobin (no relation), the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C., the National Parks Conservation Association in Oakland, and the Institute of Governmental Studies at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Tobin holds a bachelor's degree in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale College and a master's degree in political science from UC Berkeley. |
